Home & Capital is a specialist arranger and manager of cash reversion plans and was one of the founder members of SHIP.
Home & Capital's equity release plans provide homeowners over 65 with a tax free lump sum payment, or series of payments, in exchange for the purchase of part or all of their property. Its founders introduced these plans to the equity release market in 1978.
Home & Capital is not a financial adviser but interested homeowners are visited by a company representative who will explain the equity release plan in detail.
As plan manager, Home & Capital maintains a relationship with homeowners through regular visits during the life of the plan.
